First Baptist is a community of believers seeking to honor God. We share a common faith in Jesus Christ and a common goal of reaching people with the message of the gospel. We are ordinary people who have been changed by the extraordinary grace of God.
I believe that we offer warm fellowship and a welcoming church family. Our focus is on people not programs. We are a Great Commission church seeking to share the good news of Jesus Christ in our community and throughout the world. We are not a "cookie-cutter" church. We are a unique expression of the body of Christ.
First Baptist is a place where you will be challenged to fulfill God's purposes for your life. Our church is organized around five biblical purposes: Worship, Discipleship, Fellowship, Ministry, and Evangelism. Our sole desire is to point people toward Jesus Christ.
Our church family is a mix of young and old, married and single, traditional and contemporary. We are a neighborhood church with a regional mix.
